Trevor Hart - Bord Bia Fish Campaign

Art director Ray Swan from McCann Erickson commissioned me to shoot 2 fish dishes for Bord Bia new campaign Fish for Family and Friends that you can see quite a lot outdoors at the moment.

Sally Dunne did the food styling on these dishes and they were as delicious as they look !

Trevor Hart - Brennans bread new campaign

I was commissioned by Susie Lynam, Art Director at DDFH&B to  work on a series of shots for Brennans, featuring the 3 children that are also part of the current Brennans' TV ad, Lucy, Romy and Ben.
Food stylist Ann Kenny did the styling on the bread and sandwiches.

Kenco Millicano TV stings

We recently shot a series of stings for Kenco Millicano through agency DDFH&B . Whilst we have shot for TV before, this was a great opportunity to shoot a food / beverage product in close up. The script required a 5' long tracking shot around the product which we did using track and a rolling spider from the Production Depot. We shot on the Canon 5D MkII with a Marshall Monitor.

Recent Work in France

I recently had lunch with my family at Le Caillau in a beautiful valley full of vinyards in the heart of the Cahors region in south west France. Chas and Caroline Sharp have restored an old vineyard and created a cafe, restaurant and gite. The happy coincidence of the visit was that they needed photographs of the finished accommodation in the the gite for their website and a number of on-line guides. I spent a lovely morning taking photographs and in the evening while I waited for the sun to go down over the view from the bedroom (see image above), the rest of my family enjoyed their dinner in the restaurant!

I also did a quick video of the place and the pottery workshops (see below).

Dr Oetker packaging and side dish shoot

Caroline Burton, Marketing Manager at Dr Oetker has commissioned  Marco Roccasalvo, award winning chef and owner of Campo De'Fiori restaurant, Bray, to come up with 7 starters to accompany each of the pizzas in the Ristorante range. Myself and food stylist Sally Dunne photographed each of the dishes with Marco's supervision. If you're looking for  a fresh alternative to garlic bread, check out their  website for the recipes.
